He is trying to put a brave face on it, and did manage to struggle down the stairs to breakfast (didn’t need to use the lift) but despite his brave efforts it is definitely a case of ……. Man Flu!!!!! He is feeling incredibly sorry for himself and is coughing and spluttering and doesn’t feel up to going very far.

Our Danish GI Jane Anne and our American warrior Sylvie (renamed to Ursuna by the Thai’s) were getting ready for their first fights. The stadium was downtown in Chiang Mai at a big bar with ladyboys as bartenders.

I felt so tired I ordered a breakfast and only ended up eating my toast so Peter finished it off. Our resort has free bike rentals, so we borrowed 2 push bikes and decided to ride into town to explore.
