Try Ebisu for a sushi-free Japanese meal

Looking for a new type of Japanese restaurant in town? Try Ebisu, a small restaurant (we’re talking 6 tables for two – outdoors) right off Place Flagey (rue de Vergnies 37, 1050 Brussels) that prides itself in not serving any sushi or sashimi and just having a few homemade-style dishes on its menu… Ebisu is named after a metro station in Tokyo Homemade with a kick, that is… you’ll find your standard gyoza (at a really competitive price for Brussels – EUR 3 for 5 pieces… which is about half what you would pay elsewhere, and these gyoza are good!) but you’ll also find some unique dishes you are unlikely to see elsewhere, such as their wasabi avocado hamburger with rice patties instead of bread (see below) and meatballs with mango or apricot sauce

The Queen’s Official Birthday

Celebrate the Queen’s birthday in London June is a great time to come to London to see the palace trooping the colour. This happens every year on the 12th June to celebrate the Queen’s official birthday and has been a tradition in London since 1820: A great opportunity to be part of history. The ceremony begins at St James Park where the troops are greeted by the Queen for inspection, then led to the home of the Royal family, Buckingham Palace

Archaeology and Diving in Cano Island

Posted by freelance: Certain regions of a country are considered sacred by many locals for a variety of reasons. These reasons are mostly superstitious in nature, which makes it all the more interesting for an outsider like you to look into. Here in Costa Rica, one place considered to be sacred in Cano Island, an island in the Pacific Ocean just off Osa Peninsula.

12th International Arts Festival

Posted by freelance: One thing I like about Costa Rica aside from the beaches and the jungles is the urban life. Life in the cities of Costa Rica are not as busy nor as hectic as in some major cosmopolitan centers, but you can bet still get the nearly the same amenities at only a fraction of the cost

Guancaste Private Villa

Posted by freelance: In Costa Rica, it’s already the summer season, which means that it’s already hot as usual and tourists from all over are already flocking here to have their own share of paradise.
