The summer solstice is here, and the Beacon Hill Bistro in Boston is celebrating by featuring a traditional “Midsommarmiddag,” or “Midsummer Dinner” all week long, with a variety of Scandinavian dishes offered. The restaurant, which is located on Charles Street within the Beacon Hill Hotel, will feature a prix fixe menu including foods popular in Sweden, and will also offer acquavit, an alcoholic drink commonly served in Scandanavia.
