The summer solstice is here, and the Beacon Hill Bistro in Boston is celebrating by featuring a traditional “Midsommarmiddag,” or “Midsummer Dinner” all week long, with a variety of Scandinavian dishes offered. The restaurant, which is located on Charles Street within the Beacon Hill Hotel, will feature a prix fixe menu including foods popular in Sweden, and will also offer acquavit, an alcoholic drink commonly served in Scandanavia. The Beacon Hill Bistro will also have their regular menu available during this time.
