Charging a Cancellation fee in TravelManager – NEW FEATURE
In Saturday’s rollout we’ve updated the email templates section with “Cancellation Penalties” so now you can have automated calculations of penalties for a cancelled charter. A TravelManager Administrator can now edit fees based on the date of cancellation ranging from 30 days to 24hrs before the booked service. ancellation Fees as a percentage over time The software automatically calculates the difference between the date of cancellation and the date of service to generate the correct penalty (if applicable)

Catching up on Continental’s 787 New Zealand route news
I didn’t get to this Wednesday, aside from tweeting, but in case you missed it, Continental Airlines became the first airline to announce a Boeing 787 Dreamliner route, saying it plans to fly the 787 from its Houston hub to Auckland, New Zealand, starting Nov. 16, 2011.
Some of the development team are attending DevDays today in Dublin. It’s an annual event help in Belfast and Dublin for developers working with mobile technologies. We met a lot of interesting developers last year so looking forward to more of the same today

Last April, I was invited by Lauren Fricchione of Dossier Brand for a Media Industry Night at Madame Chocolate in Beverly Hills for a fun evening of chocolate and wine.
Looking for a new type of Japanese restaurant in town? Try Ebisu, a small restaurant (we’re talking 6 tables for two – outdoors) right off Place Flagey (rue de Vergnies 37, 1050 Brussels) that prides itself in not serving any sushi or sashimi and just having a few homemade-style dishes on its menu… Ebisu is named after a metro station in Tokyo Homemade with a kick, that is… you’ll find your standard gyoza (at a really competitive price for Brussels – EUR 3 for 5 pieces… which is about half what you would pay elsewhere, and these gyoza are good!) but you’ll also find some unique dishes you are unlikely to see elsewhere, such as their wasabi avocado hamburger with rice patties instead of bread (see below) and meatballs with mango or apricot sauce

Life in the cities of Costa Rica are not as busy nor as hectic as in some major cosmopolitan centers, but you can bet still get the nearly the same amenities at only a fraction of the cost

That poses one problem if you aren’t too fond of crowds (like I am) because tourist attractions at this time of the year can become so flooded with people.
