When it rains we pour … Water Avenue Coffee is super stoked to have such a great team and we are thrilled to be offering a great selection of pour over coffees daily as well as our espresso menu and Chemex into carafe as our only drip. While Drew Woods pours perfect capps and lattes, Tom Pikaart has been blowing minds with his pour over Hario fanaticism.

Oprah has more than once expressed her affection for organizing her stuff & offering all of us top notch experts to help get our stuff organized & uncluttered. Gotta love Oprah! After putting some food storage containers on one of her “Favorite Things” episodes, this is what one of Oprah’s writers rhetorically asks, ” Who says your kitchen storage containers have to be boring?” Imagine how happy that made us and we completely agree! We think that Oprah would LOVE our Tightvacs, so we’re contemplating shipping her some Tightvacs, especially since we carry them in her favorite color green. We agree, containers can be fun & add some color to your refrigerated leftovers or your kitchen shelves & cabinets.

Vacation Thoughts: Staying Close to Home

We are a company that sells luggage. We are all about encouraging people to pack up and take that extended vacation to a far away land, and we get a great deal of satisfaction out of helping people find the exact luggage they need for their big trip. For the sake of luggage sales, long distance vacations are great. The alternative to the long distance vacation, however, is, you guessed it, a short distance vacation. I have just returned from one such vacation.
