Fitness Coach Dana Moritz Recommends Lightload Towels

Dana Moritz the famed fitness Guru wrote below “The Thanksgiving holiday is over and now it is time to get back to our routine of eating healthy and working out every day! I have found these great towels that are so handy to throw in your gym bag and are really good for wiping down either your machine or your face! Lightload Towels are so convenient and they really do work! We put them to the test with our Insanity workouts. Brian, Jason, Kristi, Dawn, Chrissy and I gave them a trial run recently and we all were glad we had them. The sweat was pouring and the towels held up beautifully! The towels come in a small, round package

Top Six Luggage Pros Products . . . According to My Kids!

As all parents know, when you shop with your children, and they’re old enough to speak, you are constantly besieged by comments like:  “Can I have this?” or “I want to get this” or even the classic, “If you get me this, I’ll . . . (empty promise).”  My kids are no different.  I have a nine year old daughter and a six year old son .  If you didn’t already know this, in addition to our web site, Luggage Pros has one retail location in a suburb of Minneapolis, which is also the building where our web site team is located.  On a recent trip to visit their Dad at work (during lunch, of course), I brought my two kids to our store to let them look around.  I was curious to find out what items interested them, and asked them to work together to pick out their top five.  I hear the parents out there laughing at me now.  That was not a good idea.  In a temporary lapse of sanity, I asked a six year old boy to agree with a nine year old girl.  So, in an effort to create less of a scene in a public place, I abandoned my top five list idea, and adopted a top six list, therefore not breaking the “fairness” rule.  I asked each of them to pick out their favorite three items.  My Daughter’s Favorites: Lug Hearts Trip Puddle Jumper Overnight/Gym Bag   I could see this one coming a mile away.  I would have been truly disappointed had she NOT picked this bag.  The combination of hearts and her favorite color, purple, drew her to it like a magnet.  I was heartened to know that I really did know my daughter

What do the Lincoln Tunnel and Ground Effects have in Common?

Both famously became available on December 22. The Tunnel opened for business back in 1937, and some of the first cars to enter its stony maw are still stuck in traffic half-way through to Manhattan. We wish them god speed

5. Packing Folder

I’ve long wanted one of those fancy packing folders sold by a certain travel company. I even bought them as Christmas presents a few years ago, but I was reluctant to spend that much on myself, and I wanted a smaller size. I finally realized I could do the same thing with a bandana, a school folder, and a safety pin, saving myself about $23.

Travel Accessories For Babies

The travel accessories for babies are so cute and adorable that some Mothers forget that they actually do serve a purpose. The parents of twins would simply be lost without a stroller built for two and every parent would be lost without a car seat that was built to fit the miniature size of the little person in their lives. Some of the travel accessories for babies can be used for years.

An Option To Dealing With Airline Luggage Systems

Let’s face it.  There are those of us that have not mastered the art of packing “light”.  It may be by choice, or it simply may be because we aren’t the most organized people in the world.  Despite the public perception, and a spouse’s ridicule, there’s nothing wrong with that.  When I pack, I have to go through every “what if” scenario that may cause me to need that extra piece of clothing or miscellaneous item.  Will I need my baseball glove with?  Probably not, but what if I’m staying at the same hotel as Johan Santana, and he needs to warm up his arm before a game?  Nobody else is going to have a baseball glove, so before you know it, I’m playing catch with Johan Santana.  What?  It could happen.  My point is that packing “heavy” is a reality for some of us, and making it from point “A” to point “B” with those mammoth bags can be an exhausting, nerve-racking, and costly experience.  Should you be one of the unfortunate souls that never sees their bag again after you watch it trolley through the gates of the unknown, the trip you have spent days overpacking for becomes the dreaded worst case scenario.  Fear not.  Now, there is another option that can relieve some of the stress related to dealing with the airline baggage systems. If you haven’t heard of a company called Luggage Ahead , let me introduce you.  Luggage Ahead will ship your luggage to your destination, allowing you to bypass the checking of bags and the hassles and frustrations of airline baggage processing.  This service will pick up your luggage at your home or business prior to your trip, and deliver it safely to any U.S

Need a travel backpack?

Hot off the press (well, from a couple weeks ago – November 30th, 2009) is a wonderful little article by Susan Fogwell of the Examiner.com. Susan is a travel focused writer for the Examiner.com and she recently took some time to test out her very own Ivar backpack. What she found is the same thing all other owners of an Ivar pack find out; that there’s truly no other backpack like an Ivar
